Atlas N Scale Code 55 Flex Track features nickel silver rail and injection-molded brown ties with wood grain detail. It has the same reliability and durability as the popular Code 80 track, but with some slight differences that make it more prototypical. Code 55 track is characterized by having finer brown ties and smaller rail than traditional Code 80 track. Flex track is fully compatible with most conventional N Scale tracks with Code 55 rail and conventional rail joiners.
